Since 2017, we have partnered with mines and contractors worldwide to increase advance rates, strengthen operator discipline, and deploy proven Australian mechanised development standards across both emerging and established operations. Our approach is practical, in-cycle, and focused on measurable gains where they count most, on the job, in the cab and at the face.
Over the past decade, we identified an industry-wide decline in technical competency, operational awareness, and underground proficiency, not only at the operator level, but increasingly through mid-management and frontline leadership positions. As production pressure intensified, the workforce was fast-tracked to fill roles, and capability development could not keep pace. The result was predictable — inconsistent development performance, avoidable overbreak, equipment damage, compromised ground control standards, and a growing reliance on individuals rather than robust systems and standards. We exist to reverse that trend.
We are not a classroom-only training provider. We work underground, shoulder-to-shoulder with operators, supervisors and middle management, coaching, mentoring and embedding capability in real operating conditions. We refine mark-up and drilling accuracy, improve cycle efficiency, strengthen jumbo ground support quality and efficiency, enhance hazard awareness and scaling practice, and instill production discipline that endures well beyond our involvement.
