Global Mining Elite is a specialist rapid development authority focused on recovering underground performance, building elite operational capability, and accelerating mechanised development outcomes.
Since 2017, we have been engaged by mines and contractors globally to audit and amend underperforming development, restore operator discipline, and hardwire Australian rapid development standards into real-world operations. Our work is not theoretical, and it is not observational. We operate in-cycle, underground, and at the face - delivering measurable improvements in advance rates, ground control quality, and development consistency.
Across the industry, technical competency has eroded. Operational awareness has declined. Underground proficiency has been diluted at every level - from operators to frontline supervision and mid-management. Under sustained production pressure, roles have been filled faster than capability systems could support. The result has been inevitable: inconsistent metres, avoidable overbreak, damaged equipment, weakened ground control standards, and operations reliant on individual effort rather than disciplined systems.
This is the failure mode we are brought in to correct.
We are not a classroom-based training provider. We work underground, shoulder-to-shoulder with operators, supervisors, and leaders, enforcing standards, refining execution, and embedding discipline where it matters. We correct mark-up and drilling practices, tighten development cycles, lift jumbo ground support quality, strengthen hazard identification and scaling discipline, and rebuild development metres and production behaviours that persist long after we leave site.
Our purpose is unequivocal: to restore technical excellence, rebuild disciplined underground capability, and develop crews and leaders who execute with intent delivering safe, consistent metres at pace. High-performance development is not optional. It is the standard.
